Kikitaa is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalize your shopping experience with us; that's all. Kikitaa uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Kikitaa only last while your browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalized shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.

Pricing Policy
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).
Payment methods
We accept Paypal, Direct Deposit, Visa and Mastercard and Money Order.
Once items are chosen for purchase, click "Add to Cart" icon of each item page, the system will take you to complete the check-out process.
At the very end of it, you will need to select your payment method from 3 options, and will be taken to PayPal site if paying through PayPal, or given an instruction for your payment if selected Direct Deposit or Money Order/Cheque.
Payments with Visa or Mastercard are processed through PayPal's secure payment system which enables buyer to complete the payment without any registration to go through(you do not have to create or use a PayPal account). No credit card information will be passed to Kikitaa.
Once order is submitted, our order management system records your order and sends you an email to acknowledge your order submission.
However, the order is to be completed when your payment has been confirmed in our account. Then your order will be looked after for shipping. You will also receive an email everytime order status gets updated.
Delivery Policy
We use Australia Post service to deliver our goods. All items will be sent out 1-2 business day(s) after payment is confirmed unless ordered items are out of stock, in which case we'll contact you with estimated date of delivery. We will not be responsible for loss of items by Australia Post. Buyers may choose the registered mail option.
Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
We do offer full refund for all our items except lingerie, swimwear and some costumes that come with underwear. All costs incurred in returning the product to us for exchange or refund are your responsibility.
No goods will be accepted for exchange or refund after 7 calendar days from the date of invoice, which means that you need to contact us at support@kikitaa.com within the time frame stated above for the return procedure including return authorisation number. Please note that the returned item has to be received by us within 7 calendar days once we have provided return authorisation number.Please ensure that the item is returned with the same brand new condition as when it was sent out to you, in which case only, refund/exchange will be made.
